Therapies Offered
I am trained in several psychological approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based-Cognitive-Therapy (MBCT), Compassion-Focused-Therapy (CFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Humanistic Therapies, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I have vast experience in working with an array of psychological difficulties ranging from common mental health problems, such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, to more severe difficulties, such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), psychosis, trauma, and bipolar disorder. I work with adults and offer one-to-one as well as couples’ therapy (face-to-face and online).
I am dedicated to working according to the highest ethical standards of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I believe that ethical practice is essential to maintain the trust of my clients and I am committed to maintaining the standards and principles set out by these professional organisations.
